Palmas Del Mar lives up to it's name, "Palms by the Sea."  It has a very Mediterranean feel with homes built into the cliff sides overlooking red sand beaches.  The landscape is dramatic with rainforest mountains leading down to lush palm lined beaches.

Hidden GarbageThe exclusive area of Palmas Del Mar contains several gated communities within gated communities.  There is a strict homeowners code not to see any garbage receptacles outside of residences, so the solution is to show only the green tops.
