ANNE'S CONCH SALAD RECIPE
2 CONCH 2 ROMA TOMATOES 3 LIMES 1 MED. ONION 1/2 HOT ORANGE PEPPER (medium spicy) 3/4 GREEN BELL PEPPER 1/2 ORANGE SALT / PEPPER TO TASTE Dice the conch, tomatoes, onion, and peppers. Squeeze the juice from 3 limes and 1/2 an orange into the salad. Stir well. Add salt & pepper to taste.
